Nominate Now

Who can nominate?

Anyone familiar with an organization's listening practice can nominate — peers, partners, community members, funders, or even staff. Self-nominations are also welcome. We encourage nominations from those who have directly observed or experienced the impact of the nominee's feedback practices.

Is there a nomination fee?

No, all nominations are completely free. We believe recognizing excellence in listening should be accessible to everyone. We may ask for additional documentation or follow-up interviews to strengthen a nomination, but there is never a cost involved.

What materials should I include?

A strong nomination includes: a clear description of the feedback practice, specific examples of listening in action, evidence of changes made based on feedback, measurable impact or outcomes, and contact information for follow-up. Case studies, testimonials from community members, and data demonstrating results are especially helpful.

When are winners announced?

Winners are announced at our annual ceremony in December. All nominees are notified of outcomes before the public announcement. Finalists may be invited to share their stories at the event. See the process timeline on our homepage for key dates throughout the year.

Can I nominate multiple organizations?

Yes! You can submit as many nominations as you'd like. Each nomination should be submitted separately through the nomination form. We encourage you to nominate every organization or individual you believe deserves recognition for their listening practices.

What happens after I submit?

Our team reviews your nomination within two weeks. We may reach out to you for additional details. We then contact the nominee to gather more information and community testimonials. An expert panel evaluates all nominations, and winners are announced at our annual ceremony.
